Do I need my ID to enter the shows?
While we recommend that you always have your membership card with you, only for named shows will your ticket be associated with it and you will need it to enter.
What does it mean for a ticket to be nominative or bearer?
A nominative ticket means it will be associated with a specific person, who can be assigned from your ticketing account. If the tickets are bearer tickets, it means that anyone who presents them at the entrance can use them and they are not associated with a particular person.
Who has access to purchase tickets for the Universal Accessibility section?

Can I sell my ticket or request a refund?
