LTS SERVICIOS DE PRODUCCIÓN SpA

These Terms and Conditions are designed and prepared for events produced by LTS Servicios de Producción SpA (hereinafter interchangeably “Lotus”, the “Producer” or the “Organization”), and are applicable to attending consumers who decide to purchase their ticket (hereinafter “Ticket”), regulating the existing consumer relationship with them.

Entry to the venue will only be permitted to those who purchase their ticket through the official ticketing agency and present it at the entrance.

The Production Company may: i) prohibit entry, or ii) expel from the venue, in both cases without the right to a refund, any person whose conduct does not comply with current legal regulations, who causes a disturbance, who shows obvious signs of intoxication, whether from alcohol and/or drugs, who displays a violent attitude or incites hatred, who engages in any discriminatory conduct, or any behavior that is illegal or considered offensive by the Organization, and will be personally responsible for any damages that their actions or omissions may cause to third parties or property.

Entry to the venue will be permitted with smaller items such as small bags or backpacks (not exceeding 12 liters), empty water bottles, medications with prescriptions, creams, sunscreen, eyeglasses and sunglasses, and any personal items whose dimensions do not exceed those of the bag in which they are brought and do not correspond to any of the items prohibited in the following paragraph.

For security reasons, all persons entering the facilities where the event is being held may be searched, along with their belongings, by the private security company assigned for this purpose. Prohibited items will not be permitted, including but not limited to the following: Alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks or flammable materials, professional photography, audio and video recording equipment, skateboards, oversized bags, suitcases, any type of contraband, sharp objects, laser pointers and any item that may be considered dangerous by the organization and/or that is expressly prohibited by law. Animals are not allowed, with the exception of guide or service animals.

In accordance with the above, people carrying tripods, drones, selfie sticks, or other similar devices will also not be allowed entry.

Re-entry to the event is prohibited; that is, once a person has left the premises, for whatever reason, they will not be allowed to re-enter under any circumstances.

[1] Professional video equipment or recording devices are defined as: video cameras in general, cameras with removable lenses and/or significant zoom capabilities, DSLR cameras, and any professional audio and video equipment.

The ticketing agency responsible and authorized to sell official Event tickets is the one designated by the Production Company in its official communications. Therefore, the Production Company does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets not purchased through its official sales channels.

The resale or attempted resale of tickets is prohibited. Resale is defined as any act intended to transfer, market, sell, or assign for profit one or more tickets to the event that were previously purchased. The Production Company may invalidate any ticket that has been resold and prohibit entry to the venue to anyone in possession of such a ticket.

Tickets may not be used for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes (including contests and sweepstakes), any other commercial purpose, or brand association without the express written consent of the Production Company. The Production Company may invalidate any ticket that has been used in any of the transactions described herein and prohibit access to the venue for any ticket holder, without prejudice to any legal action that the law may grant it against violators.

Lotus may record and transmit the audience via video screens located within the venue, provided that such recording does not cause harm or detriment to individuals. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the image of any person is used for exclusively promotional or commercial purposes, and that person’s identity can be clearly and unequivocally identified, the Production Company must obtain their authorization for such dissemination.

In the event that refund, reimbursement, or compensation processes are activated, Lotus will promptly inform consumers through the following channels: (i) emails provided at the time of purchase, (ii) Lotus’s social media, (iii) the production company’s website, www.lotuspro.cl, and the corresponding ticketing platform.

If applicable, Lotus and the corresponding ticketing platform will have a maximum of 15 business days, starting from the date the customer correctly entered all the necessary personal and banking information to process the refund, issue the refund order to the bank, or transfer the funds, as appropriate (which will depend exclusively on the payment method used for the purchase). Lotus will not be responsible for any delays caused by third-party intermediaries involved in the process.

Lotus will provide attendees with reduced mobility with information about the conditions and facilities available for each event through its official social media channels. Notwithstanding the above, for any questions, clients can write to accessibilidad@lotuspro.cl and/or info@lotuspro.cl, which is the only official channel of contact between the production company and its clients.

Lotus Producciones operates this event through LTS Servicios de Producción SpA, 76.434.401-4, located at Dardignac Nº141, Recoleta, Santiago, whose legal representatives are Sebastián de la Barra Cuevas and Matías Awad Canala Echevarría. For any questions, clients can write to info@lotuspro.cl, which is the only official channel of contact between the production company and its clients.

These terms will be subject to modifications that the health authority determines according to the health context in which the country finds itself on the date of the event, which will be reported in due course.
